In the “Cash” payment option, payment is made at the time of receiving the product.

At the time of receiving the product, the consumer checks the product’s appearance, completeness and defects, and immediately informs the delivery person or the representative of the Luxor company if such defects are found. The transaction is completed with the signature certifying the receipt of the product delivered to the delivery address, and the product is considered properly delivered.The shipping cost is indicated during the checkout/payment process and is not included in the product price. If free shipping is not provided for the order, shipping costs are paid by the buyer. In case of refusal or refusal to receive the ordered product, the cost of the product and delivery service will be charged to the buyer.

The following shipping terms and conditions apply to luxor.am:

• The ordered flowers are delivered in the administrative area of Yerevan every day: 10:00 – 20:00.
• The delivery service provided by Luxor LLC is paid, it is AMD 2,000 for each delivered address.
• Delivery is also carried out through individuals and/or legal entities providing delivery/courier services for a fee published by them, every day, 24/7.
